We want you to love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 28 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your jewelry in its original packaging and ensure it is securely packed in a mailing box to prevent damage during transit.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred return carrier through the portal to receive a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
